GWH washing machines: smart, versatile, and precise

These are professional washing machines with a high spin speed (up to 400G) which, in addition to fast and effective washing, ensure a low percentage of residual moisture and, therefore, significant savings in subsequent drying and ironing processes. Equipped with a stainless steel drum with a special semi-spherical structure that prevents friction from damaging garments, these machines can wash everything from a business suit to a wedding dress.

Management, control, monitoring: these are just some of the strengths of our integrated system. Laundry operations are more efficient thanks to batch tracking: master data, cycles, and individual customer requirements are archived, tracked, and managed without oversights or improvised solutions (e.g., sticky notes stuck on machine panels). Finally, process certification, a function that tracks all stages of washing (including temperatures), confirms that the equipment has actually performed a specific cycle at a precise temperature: a crucial factor in terms of safety and hygiene.

SANITIZATION IS SIMPLE, FAST, AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE THANKS TO OZONE-READY TECHNOLOGY.

Connecting a GWH washing machine to the GO3 ozone generator is quick and easy: all our machines are natively designed to be equipped with the ozone dosing system and connected to the generator, without any mechanical structural problems. The high quality and resistance of the plastic and rubber parts guarantee maximum efficiency and a long service life. The lightweight and space-saving GO3 generator transforms oxygen from the surrounding air into ozone and injects it into the washing machine through an injector.

ERGONOMICS WITHOUT SIZE LIMITS

With the aim of simplifying laundry work and making it less burdensome, we have improved the ergonomics of our professional washing machines by carefully studying every aspect:

Extra-large doors (from 330 to 540 mm) for quick loading and unloading of laundry

The door opens up to 180° to facilitate the use of the laundry cart.

7" screen, always visible and easy to use with gloves

Position, inclination, and orientation of the electronic control always visible

Facilitates inspection and maintenance of the machine with access only from the front and rear, allowing one machine to be installed behind another, saving space.

SUSTAINABILITY IS A MATTER OF DETAILS

The presence of the patented DWS (GWH 80-280) and MWS (GWH 350-600) dynamic and manual weighing systems, a large 3" drain valve (double in GWH350-600 models) motorized under the tank (no connection pipes required) and an intelligent water mixing system with triple inlet (hot, soft, and hard), allows us to:

Guarantees a recyclability rate of up to 96% thanks to the materials (e.g., the protective plate) and careful design.

Use less detergent thanks to the possibility of filling with less hard water.

Limit waste (no water or detergent deposits in internal connection pipes)

Increase productivity by optimizing time in the intermediate phases (rapid drainage, no need to heat the water).

MINIMUM MAINTENANCE

Limiting component wear and extending their service life means significantly reducing maintenance work. That is why , in supercentrifugal washing machines:

We only use high-quality materials.

We expect continuous lubrication of the bearing support in models weighing between 8 and 28 kg.

The electrical and electronic components are enclosed (they are not damaged by moisture, dust, or heat).

The 3D imbalance detection sensor prevents excessive movement and preserves the mechanical life of the moving parts.

We take advantage of the intermediate water deceleration system after centrifugation: the water entering for the next phase slows down the centrifuge and simultaneously accelerates the intermediate phase, without any mechanical consequences.

The springs and shock absorbers reduce vibrations and noise during centrifugation. The 3-inch drain valve at the front simplifies maintenance operations.

INTELLIGENCE TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE

At maximum capacity, these high-speed industrial washing machines can process up to 420 kg of laundry per day (7 cycles in 8 hours). The structure is particularly robust and suitable for intensive work; the motor, located in a low position, keeps the center of gravity close to the ground, reducing vibrations and noise. The frequency converter (inverter) technology also allows for gradual starts and decelerations, preserving the processed laundry and all mechanical elements.
