A NEW DIMENSION

Thanks to innovative CCTS (continuous contact thrust system) and PLS (pull-wire lifting system) systems, the new GI ironing machines offer better ironing results, greater productivity, and optimized work areas.

With a 28 cm roller, you will have 7% less space but also a 7% increase in cylinder length. With the new GI 1728 and GI 2128 plates, you will have more freedom of movement in operational areas, especially when it comes to small laboratories, and by placing them against the wall, you can make the most of the space.

A head start

The new Continuous Contact Thrust System (CCTS) infinitely increases the number of thrust points along the entire length of the ironing bed and guarantees excellent ironing performance in every part of the machine, without having to insert the garments at a specific point on the roller. The ironing pressure can be adjusted to obtain the optimal result with any type of fabric and thickness. The pressure levels of the trough (4), managed through the FOX PRO control, allow you to iron a silk sheet as well as a pillowcase or duvet cover, guaranteeing the same level of quality.

Aspiration never seen before

Uniform moisture extractor fan (UMEF) This is the new steam extraction system, with calibrated suction capacity that, from the center of the roller, reaches the side fan and then the exhaust pipe located under the machine. A unique technique for uniformly absorbing excess moisture across the entire surface of the fabric. Steam is thus extracted from all sides with the same intensity, even on larger rollers.

INNOVATIVE ROLLERS

Our rollers have three coatings:

BASE PLUS
The first roller, available for versions without suction, allows ironing of clothes with a residual moisture content of up to 15% and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt, and a final layer of aramid fabric.

The middle layer is covered with a double layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt, and a final layer of aramid fabric. The roller is perforated and connected to the suction system, allowing clothes to be ironed with a humidity of up to 25-30%.

ADVANCED
The advanced roller is ideal for treating clothes with up to 50% moisture. Perforated and connected to the suction system, it is equipped with a special mobile plate structure (MAXPRESS®) that guarantees maximum breathability and only requires an aramid felt cover.

CUTTING-EDGE TEMPERATURE

The 5-probe system guaranteesuniform temperature across the entire surface. The heating elements are placed inside the ironing board (heat is generated from the center) and arranged asymmetrically: 61% of the heat is focused on the initial part, where the plate undergoes greater thermal shock (the clothes are cold and damp), and the remaining 39% on the exit, where some of the bedding is located.

The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows the operating temperature to be reached quickly and evenly (from 20 °C to 180 °C in a few minutes) with excellent results in terms of energy savings and ironing quality.

The ironing bowl is made of extruded and anodized aluminum alloy, making it extremely smooth. It remains structurally unchanged at any temperature (no risk of distortion) and is inert to chemicals and corrosion (does not damage fabrics due to chlorine residues).

Thanks to the innovative Best Ironing Spot System (BISS), you will get excellent performance: you will know when it is time to change the ironing area thanks to the indicator lights on the sides of the machine. In fact, if you iron clothes for a long time in the same spot, it will tend to cool down, which will reduce the quality of the ironing or take longer to achieve the same result.

THE NEW FRONTIER OF ERGONOMICS

With the revolutionary Adjustable Feed Plate (AIP), the wooden garment insertion shaft can be adjusted to various angles, depending on the operator's height. Maximum comfort to ensure the operator has the most comfortable working position. Redesigned ergonomics to also introduce a new FOX PRO side control for one-handed command management. The larger roller surface also facilitates the insertion of fabrics
, thanks to its driving function.

Greater convenience when loading bedding, but also a new and easier way to retrieve ironed laundry. All models equipped with suction cups come standard with a laundry separator system, which prevents ironed fabric from sticking to the roller.

The steel blades, distributed along the entire length of the roller, gently move the freshly ironed fabric flap and ensure that it remains on the collection tank. The raised clothing collection tank then facilitates the retrieval of ironed fabric, and its particularly large size prevents the operator from having to retrieve one garment at a time.

SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE

Avoiding unnecessary downtime, reducing component wear, and significantly limiting maintenance work means making laundry work less burdensome.

Everything is accessible by removing just 4 panels.

There are no systems or components exposed to mechanical wear (no gas, mechanical, or pneumatic springs).

All you need is one type of screwdriver.

The sink can be easily dismantled and unhooked for extraordinary interventions.

The safety thermostat control is easily accessible for resetting without removing any panels.

MAXIMUM SAFETY

The new Automatic Thermal Protection System (ATPS) is capable of automatically removing the ironing container from the garments in the event of malfunctions or power outages.

GI irons are equipped with a system to manage the safety band, as well as temperature sensors with manual reset which, in the event of overheating, intervene by turning off the heating system.

Two warning lights, located on either side of the iron, guide the user in the optimal use of thermal energy, indicating the ideal places to insert the clothes, especially when it is not possible to use the entire width of the roller.

There is also a dual heating activation system which, with two contactors, guarantees maximum safety even in the event of a malfunction.
