GWM/GWN Wavy: even smarter
The revolutionary GWM/GWN Wavy washing machines with medium and low spin speeds combine aesthetics and efficiency, new trends and technology: the LCD screen is vertical with touch controls, the new glossy fronts are inspired by the world of high technology, and the innovative Wavy control system is interactive, step-by-step, intuitive, and always connected, thanks to TheMind.cloud service. Completely revamped in terms of design and user interface, the new rigid washing machines retain their mechanical, functional, and performance qualities.
The patented DWS dynamic weighing system saves up to 50% of detergent by optimizing energy, water, and detergent consumption based on the actual amount of laundry loaded. DWS is capable of reducing waste and environmental impact. The GWM/GWN Wavy range also guarantees 96% recyclability, making it environmentally friendly. Thanks to careful design and material selection, our washing machines are environmentally friendly from A to Z: from production to packaging, through transport, life cycle, and final disposal.
Ergonomically positioned and equipped with a double inlet for cold or hot water, the 4-compartment dispenser can be used with powder or liquid detergent: the correct water flow according to the set washing temperature is always guaranteed. This version also features a connection for 13 pumps for liquid detergent and three water inlets (hot, soft cold, and hard) that mix autonomously and automatically according to the selected program. These innovative washing systems are, of course, equipped with a MIXER that mixes the water and detergents before they come into contact with the garments, preventing damage or discoloration. Finally, to ensure quick and easy maintenance, the motorized drain valve with a diameter of 76 mm (3") is located at the front of the unit and directly below the tub: this means that there is no need to install a long and bulky connection hose where water and detergents could accumulate.
The new equipment is equipped with dual safety systems and redundant alarm circuits, such as those found in aircraft, including porthole locks, which are equipped with a safety system that keeps them closed and locked until the basket has come to a complete stop. Inside the equipment, all control circuits are low voltage (24 Vac): there are no problems due to voltage changes (the electrical network is different) and there is no risk of electric shock during maintenance. Finally, all our machines are equipped with a main circuit breaker and fuses on board the machine, resulting in significant time and money savings during the installation phase.
The new control system Wavy is a new interactive and easy-to-use user interface that provides information for visually programming and monitoring our machines. Inspired by the world of high technology Wavy taps into the potential of application language to facilitate and streamline daily work in the laundry. Access is hierarchical (basic, intermediate, professional, or technical user) and the procedures are simple and step-by-step: it is a control system that speaks the same language as the operator and adapts to their level of experience.
Thus, thanks to TheMind.cloud service, the team is always up to date and everything is under control at all times: technical knowledge, processes and diagrams, functional parameters of the machine (e.g., type and number of cycles performed, consumption, operating hours, cycle traceability, receipts, etc.), diagnostics, non-fiscal accounting, and cost management (cost per cycle, water, detergent, and feed costs, etc.) to remote assistance. In practice, everything is always just a click away.
