A NEW DIMENSION

Thanks to the innovative CCTS (Continuous Contact Thrust System) and PLS (Pull-wire Lifting System) systems, the new GI ironers offer better ironing results, greater productivity, and optimized work areas.

With a 28 cm roller, you will have 7% less space requirements but also a 7% increase in cylinder length. With the new GI 1728 and GI 2128 ironing machines, you will have greater freedom of movement in the operating areas, especially in small workshops, and by placing them against the wall, you can make the most of the space available.

A boost with an extra gear

The new Continuous Contact Thrust System (CCTS) infinitely increases the number of thrust points along the entire length of the ironing trough and ensures excellent ironing performance in every part of the machine, without having to insert the garments at a specific point on the roller. The ironing thrust can be adjusted to achieve the best results with any type of fabric and thickness. The pressure levels of the trough (4 managed via the FOX PRO control) allow you to iron a silk sheet as well as a pillowcase or duvet cover, ensuring the same level of quality.

Unprecedented suction

Uniform Moisture Extractor Fan (UMEF) is the new steam extraction system, with calibrated suction capacity that extends from the center of the roller to the side fan and then to the exhaust pipe located under the machine. A unique technique for evenly absorbing excess moisture across the entire surface of the fabric. The steam is thus extracted everywhere with the same intensity, even in the largest rollers.

INNOVATIVE ROLLERS

Our rollers have three types of coating:

BASE PLUS
The first roller, available for versions without suction, allows garments with a residual moisture content of up to 15% to be ironed and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, one of cotton felt, and a final aramid fabric coating.

INTERMEDIATE The intermediate roller is covered with a double layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt, and a final covering of aramid fabric. The roller is perforated and connected to the suction system, allowing laundry with up to 25-30% moisture content to be ironed.

The advanced roller is ideal for treating laundry with up to 50% moisture content. Perforated and connected to the suction system, it features a special movable plate structure (MAXPRESS®) that guarantees maximum breathability and requires only an aramid felt cover.

CUTTING-EDGE TEMPERATURE

The 5-probe system ensuresuniform temperature across the entire surface. The heating elements are located inside the ironing plate (heat is generated from the center) and arranged asymmetrically: 61% of the heat is concentrated at the beginning, where the plate undergoes greater thermal shock (the laundry is cold and wet), and the remaining 39% at the laundry exit.

The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows the operating temperature to be reached quickly and evenly (from 20°C to 180°C in just a few minutes) with excellent results in terms of energy savings and ironing quality.

The ironing board is made of extruded and anodized aluminum alloy, making it extremely smooth. It remains structurally unchanged at any temperature (zero risk of distortion) and is resistant to chemicals and corrosion (no damage caused by chlorine residues on fabrics).

Thanks to the innovative Best Ironing Spot System (BISS), you will enjoy excellent performance: you will know when it is time to change the ironing area thanks to indicator lights on the sides of the machine. In fact, if you iron garments for a long time in the same spot, it will tend to cool down, lowering the quality of the ironing or requiring more time to achieve the same result.

THE NEW FRONTIER OF ERGONOMICS

With the revolutionary Adjustable Infeed Plate (AIP), the wooden laundry feed shaft can be adjusted to various angles, depending on the operator's height. Maximum comfort to ensure the operator has the most comfortable working position. Ergonomics have been redesigned to include a new FOX PRO side control for one-handed operation. The larger surface area of the roller also facilitates the introduction of fabrics (
) thanks to its pulling function.

Greater comfort when feeding in the laundry, but also a new and easier way to retrieve the ironed laundry. All models equipped with suction come with a laundry release system as standard, which prevents the ironed fabric from sticking to the roller.

The spring steel slats, distributed along the entire length of the roller, gently move the freshly ironed fabric and ensure that it settles into the collection tray. The raised laundry collection tray then facilitates the retrieval of the ironed fabric, and its particularly large size means that the operator does not have to retrieve one item at a time.

SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE

Avoiding unnecessary machine downtime, reducing component wear, and significantly limiting maintenance work means making laundry work less burdensome.

Everything is accessible by removing just 4 panels

There are no systems or components exposed to mechanical wear (no gas, mechanical, or pneumatic springs).

One type of screwdriver is all you need

The basin can be easily dismantled by unhooking it for extraordinary maintenance work.

The safety thermostat control is easily accessible for reset without removing any panels.

MAXIMUM SAFETY

The new Automatic Thermal Protection System (ATPS) is able to automatically move the ironing pad away from the garments in the event of a malfunction or power failure.

GI ironing machines are equipped with a safety guard band management system, as well as manually reset temperature sensors which, in the event of overheating, intervene by turning off the heating system.

Two indicator lights, positioned on either side of the ironing machine, guide the user in the optimal use of heat power, indicating the ideal points at which to insert the laundry, especially when it is not possible to use the entire width of the roller.

There is also a dual heating activation system which, with two contactors, guarantees maximum safety even in the event of a fault.
