A NEW DIMENSION

Thanks to innovative CCTS (continuous contact thrust system) and PLS (pull wire lifting system) systems, the new GI irons offer better ironing results, increased productivity, and optimized workspaces.

With a 28 cm roller, you will have 7% less space requirements but also a 7% increase in cylinder length. With the new GI 1728 and GI 2128 irons, you will have more freedom of movement in operational areas, especially in small laboratories, and by placing them against the wall, you can make the most of the space available.

A helping hand that has its advantages

The new Continuous Contact Thrust System (CCTS) infinitely increases the number of thrust points along the entire length of the ironing bowl and guarantees excellent ironing performance in all parts of the machine, without having to insert the garments at a specific point on the roller. The ironing pushers can be adjusted to achieve optimal results with all types of fabrics and thicknesses. The pressure levels of the basin (4) managed via the FOX PRO control allow you to iron a silk sheet as well as a pillowcase or duvet cover, while guaranteeing the same level of quality.

An aspiration never seen before

Uniform Moisture Extraction Fan (UMEF) This is the new steam extraction system with calibrated suction capacity that, from the center of the roller, reaches the side fan and then the exhaust pipe located under the machine. A unique technique for absorbing excess moisture across the entire surface of the fabric in uniform mode. The steam is extracted everywhere with the same intensity, even on larger rollers.

INNOVATIVE ROULEAUX

Our rollers are covered with three coatings:

BASE PLUS
The first roller, available for versions without suction, allows ironing of garments with a residual moisture content of up to 15% and is equipped with a triple layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt, and a final layer of aramid fabric.

INTERMEDIATE
The middle cell is covered with a double layer of steel wool, a layer of cotton felt, and a final layer of aramid fabric. The roller is perforated and connected to the suction system, allowing laundry with up to 25-30% moisture content to be ironed.

ADVANCED
The advanced roller is ideal for treating laundry with moisture content up to 50%. Perforated and connected to the suction system, it is equipped with a special structure with movable plates (MAXPRESS®) that guarantees maximum breathability and requires only an aramid felt cover.

PEAK TEMPERATURE

The 5-probe system guaranteesuniform temperature across the entire surface. The heating elements are placed inside the ironing plate (heat is generated from the center) and arranged asymmetrically: 61% of the heat is concentrated in the first part, where the plate undergoes a greater thermal shock (the laundry is cold and damp), and 39% remains at the exit of the laundry.

The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows the operating temperature (from 20°C to 180°C in just a few minutes) to be reached quickly and evenly, with excellent results in terms of energy savings and ironing quality.

The ironing board is made of extruded and anodized aluminum alloy, making it extremely smooth. It remains structurally unchanged regardless of temperature (no risk of distortion) and is inert to chemicals and corrosion (no damage caused by chlorine residues on fabrics).

Thanks to the innovative Best Ironing Spot System (BISS), you will enjoy excellent performance: you will know when it is time to change the ironing area thanks to indicator lights on the sides of the machine. In fact, if you iron clothes for a long time in the same place, it will tend to cool down, which will reduce the quality of the ironing or take longer to achieve the same result.

THE NEW FRONTIER OF ERGONOMICS

With the revolutionary Adjustable Insertion Plate (AIP), the wooden laundry insertion axis can be adjusted to different angles depending on the operator's height. Maximum comfort to ensure the operator has the most comfortable working position. The ergonomics have been redesigned to also introduce a new FOX PRO side control for one-handed operation. The larger roller surface also facilitates the insertion of fabrics, thanks to its driving function.

Plus when feeding in the laundry, but also easier retrieval of ironed laundry. All models equipped with suction are fitted as standard with a laundry release system that prevents ironed fabric from sticking to the roller.

Harmonic steel blades, distributed along the entire length of the roller, gently move the flap of fabric that has just been ironed and ensure that it rests on the collection tray. The raised fabric collection tray makes it easy to retrieve the ironed fabric, and its particularly large size means that the operator does not have to retrieve one garment at a time.

SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE

Avoid unnecessary downtime, reduce component wear, and significantly limit maintenance work to simplify laundry operations.

Everything is accessible by removing just four panels.

No system or component is exposed to mechanical wear (no gas, mechanical, or pneumatic springs).

All you need is one type of screwdriver.

The basin can be easily dismantled and removed for extraordinary maintenance work.

The safety thermostat control is easily accessible for resetting without removing any panels.

SECURITY AT ITS BEST

The new Automatic Thermal Protection System (ATPS) is capable of automatically removing the ironing basin from the clothes in the event of a malfunction or power failure.

GI irons are equipped with a Lifesaver safety strip management system, as well as manually reset temperature sensors which, in the event of overheating, intervene by turning off the heating system.

Two warning lights, positioned on the sides of the iron, guide the user in the optimal use of heat power, indicating the ideal places to insert the laundry, especially when it is not possible to use the entire width of the roller.

There is also a double bed heating activation system which, with two contactors, guarantees maximum safety even in the event of a failure.
