Available with electric or gas heating, these professional single-sided machines iron and dry flat linen simultaneously, without going through the dryer, and can be used by one or two operators. The quality of ironing and drying is perfect thanks to the NOMEX® ironing bands that cover almost the entire surface of the roller.

Professional treatment in complete safety

Electronic and electromechanical safety thermostats prevent unwanted overheating, while the finger guard protects the operator in case of incorrect use. A manual device allows the roller and laundry to be moved in the event of a power failure. Finally, there is an electronic device for starting and controlling the gas flame (gas-heated versions).

Attention!

Do not use gas-heated ironing machines in rooms where perchloroethylene is also used.

Everything is designed to last longer: from the robust construction to the reliable and durable bearings, wear-resistant steel and extremely smooth gears. All managed electronically via an electronic card and frequency control.

Electronic control

Our control system allows you to manage the working temperature, the speed of the rollers, and also their direction of rotation. If the laundry is inserted incorrectly, it is possible to reverse the rotation of the roller for a short time in order to insert the fabric more effectively. The rotation speed of the roller can be adjusted from 1 m/min to 5 m/min by means of a motor controlled by an inverter. The digital thermostat allows you to select different temperatures and maintain constant control of the temperature reached.

Introductory bands

The introduction of laundry is facilitated by the wide conveyor belts, which allow for easy handling even with large items. Effective cylinder widths: 150, 165, 190, and 210 cm.
