High-quality ironing and drying

Available with electric or gas heating, these professional single-sided machines iron and dry flat laundry simultaneously, without the need for a dryer, and can be operated by one or two operators. The ironing and drying quality is perfect thanks to the NOMEX® ironing bands that cover almost the entire surface of the roller.

Professional approach to security

Electronic and electromechanical safety thermostats prevent unwanted overheating, while the finger protection bar protects the operator in case of misuse. A manual device helps to move the roller and the laundry in the event of a power failure. Finally, there is an electronic device for starting and controlling the gas flame (gas-heated versions).

Attention!

Do not use gas-heated irons in rooms where perchloroethylene is also used.

Reliable, robust, and efficient calenders

Everything is designed to last longer: from the robust construction to the reliable and durable bearings, through to the wear-resistant steel and extremely smooth gears. All of this is managed electronically by means of an electronic board and frequency control.

Electronic control

Our control system allows you to manage the working temperature, the speed of the rollers, and also their direction of rotation. If the linen is inserted incorrectly, it is possible to reverse the roller rotation for a short period of time to allow the fabric to be inserted more easily. The roller rotation speed is adjustable from 1 m/min to 5 m/min by means of a motor controlled by an inverter. The digital thermostat allows you to select different temperatures and maintain constant control of the temperature reached.

Introductory bands

The introduction of garments is facilitated by wide inlet conveyor belts, which allow for easy handling even with large items. Effective cylinder width 150, 165, 190, and 210 cm.
