GWM/GWN G4-Wiz: the power of simplicity
The GWM and POUR G4-WIZ® medium and low-speed centrifuge rotors consist of a single-piece frame that is not subject to movement or deterioration: wear and mechanical stress are minimized thanks to a lower centrifuge speed ( 200 G and 100 G) and the use of a rigid, non-deformable frame instead of springs and shock absorbers. This translates into a longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and low noise impact.
GWM and ROBE washing machines come standard with the patented DWS precision weighing system which, thanks to the G4-WIZ® control, calculates the exact amount of energy, water, and detergent required based on the actual amount of laundry loaded. This allows the equipment to adapt with extreme precision to even the slightest variation in load. GWM and ROBE G4-WIZ® semi-professional washing machines with medium and low spin speeds are not only energy efficient, but also environmentally friendly, as they guarantee 97% recyclability. The equipment has a low environmental impact, not only during its "life cycle," but also when you decide to replace it.
GWM and POUR G4-WIZ® semi-professional washing machines are produced in load capacities (3+3) ranging from 8 kg to 28 kg: high performance, ease of use, energy savings, and low environmental impact are always guaranteed. The equipment is also fitted with a steel drum with a special hemispherical structure that ensures a delicate touch on fabrics and prevents water from splashing out of the drum during the spin cycle. Characterized by a rigid, solid, and sturdy frame, these machines do not need springs or shock absorbers because only the drum moves. This means reduced wear and tear and less maintenance, as well as excellent silence. Finally, thanks to their floor anchoring, these rigid washing machines are perfect for use on board small and medium-sized ships, ferries, and cargo ships.
Ergonomically positioned and equipped with a double inlet for cold or hot water, the 4-compartment dispenser can be used with powder detergent and liquid detergent: the correct water flow for the set washing temperature is always guaranteed. Since each washing phase requires a specific type of water, the washing machine has three inlets: hot, cold, soft, and hard water. All models mix the three types independently and automatically. Present in all Grandimpianti models, the MIXER mixes water and detergents before they enter the drum and come into contact with the clothes, thus avoiding damage or discoloration. Finally, the motorized drain valve, with a diameter of 3" (76 mm), is positioned at the front of the appliance for quick and easy maintenance, and directly under the tank, thus avoiding the need to install a long and cumbersome connection pipe: no risk of water and detergent deposits.
These appliances, like all our washing machines, have dual safety systems and redundant alarm circuits, such as those found in aircraft, including a porthole lock, which is equipped with a safety system that keeps it closed and locked until the drum has completely stopped rotating. Inside the washing machines, all control circuits are low voltage (24Vac): no problems due to possible voltage variations (the electrical network is different) and no risk of electric shock during maintenance. Finally, all our machines are equipped with a main switch and fuses on board the machine, saving significant time and money during the installation phase.
The control system here is G4 Wiz®, which allows you to easily configure all washing phases directly from the screen in a simple and intuitive way. The system manages the motor, optimizes dosages, balances the load in the drum, predicts maintenance times, manages the payment system, and stores data. And you only need one finger to interact with G4-Wiz®.
