GWM/GWN G4-Wiz: the power of simplicity
The GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® medium and low spin washing machines consist of a single-piece frame that is not subject to movement or deterioration: wear and mechanical stress are minimized thanks to a lower spin speed ( 200 G and 100 G) and the presence of a rigid, non-deformable frame instead of springs and shock absorbers. The result is a longer service life, limited maintenance costs, and low noise levels.
GWM and GWN washing machines come standard with the patented DWS precision weighing system, which uses G4-WIZ® control to calculate the exact amount of energy, water, and detergent needed based on the actual amount of laundry loaded. This allows the appliance to adapt with extreme precision to even the slightest change in load. The GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® semi-professional washing machines with medium and low spin speeds are not only energy efficient, but also environmentally friendly, as they guarantee 97% recyclability of the machine. The equipment has a low environmental impact not only during its "life cycle," but also when it is decided to replace it.
The GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® semi-professional washing machines are manufactured in six load capacities (3+3) from 8 kg to 28 kg: high performance, ease of use, energy savings, and low environmental impact are always guaranteed. The appliances also feature a steel drum with a special half-sphere structure that guarantees a gentle touch with fabrics and prevents water from bouncing out of the drum during the spin cycle. Characterized by a rigid, solid, and robust frame, these machines do not need springs or shock absorbers, as only the drum moves. This means less wear and tear and less maintenance, as well as excellent silence. Finally, thanks to their floor anchoring, these rigid washing machines are perfect for use on board small and medium-sized boats, ferries, and cargo ships.
Ergonomically positioned and equipped with a double cold or hot water inlet, the 4-compartment dispenser can be used with powder or liquid detergent: the correct water flow according to the set washing temperature is always guaranteed. As each washing phase requires a specific type of water, the washing machine has three inlets: hot water, soft cold water, and hard cold water. All models mix the three types independently and automatically. Present in all Grandimpianti models, the MIXER mixes the water and detergents before they enter the drum and come into contact with the garments, thus preventing damage or discoloration. Finally, the motorized drain valve with a diameter of 76 mm (3") is located at the front of the machine for quick and easy maintenance, and directly below the tub, eliminating the need for a long and cumbersome connection pipe: there is no risk of water and detergent deposits.
These appliances, like all our washing machines, have a dual safety system and redundant alarm circuits, as in airplanes, including the door lock, which is equipped with a safety system that keeps it closed and locked until the drum rotation stops completely. Inside the washing machines, all control circuits are low voltage (24Vac): there are no problems with voltage fluctuations (the electrical network is different) and there is no risk of electric shock during maintenance. Finally, all our machines are equipped with a main switch and fuses on board the machine, saving time and money during installation.
The control system is G4-Wiz®, which allows for easy and intuitive configuration of all washing steps directly from the screen. The system manages the motor, optimizes dosages, balances the load in the drum, predicts maintenance times, manages the payment system, and stores data. And interaction with G4-Wiz® is just a fingertip away.
