In hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, and in the pharmaceutical and food industries, it is therefore essential to have sufficient equipment to ensure protection against the proliferation of germs, bacteria, and dust particles. Available with different load capacities (36, 50, and 70 kg) and equipped with a basket, tub, and AISI 304 stainless steel panels, these aseptic washing machines have a sturdy frame suitable for intensive work. The motor, located low near the floor, keeps the center of gravity low, reducing vibration and noise during the spin cycle. The side stabilizers also give the machine greater stability in all conditions of use and ensure less wear on the shock absorption system, thus reducing maintenance. This washing machine is available with electric or direct steam heating.
In the hospital sector, 10 to 15% of infections are attributable to poor-quality bed linen cleaning, which, in the most extreme cases, can even lead to patient deaths. In the food and pharmaceutical industries, on the other hand, comprehensive linen management using professional machines is essential to maintain a high level of product hygiene and eliminate the presence of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria, etc. AS sanitary barrier washing machines have been designed to provide the right answer to this problem: two separate doors allow dirty laundry to be loaded on one side and clean laundry to be unloaded on the other, thus preventing recontamination of the washed laundry. An aseptic washing machine therefore complies with the EN14065 (RABC) standard.
