User interface 4.0

Much more than just a simple 7" vertical screen, Wavy is an advanced control system, available in 36 languages and featuring a step-by-step user experience. The simple and intuitive icon-based interface allows for complete management of the machine, while native Wi-Fi allows you to take advantage of the potential of Industry 4.0 by receiving programs, cycles, and settings remotely and, in turn, sending information about the operation and status of the machine. Thanks to the constant dialogue between the Wavy control system and TheMind.cloud platform, washing operations are even more efficient.

Types of users

Wash&Go - Free Wash&Go
This type of user can only choose from pre-set programs according to the type of clothing to be washed. The procedure is simple and completely visual: using icons, the interface allows you to select the type of laundry (jeans, dark, delicate, whites, wool, etc.) and, before starting, the payment method. The progress of the cycle is visible on the screen, and the user only has to worry about picking up their laundry at the end.

Wash&Go Plus
Similar to the previous one, except for the payment method selection (not present), this user can choose, in just a few clicks, only the type of clothing to be washed or dried. Our machine will take care of everything else.

Intermediate Equipped with greater knowledge of the cleaning process, the intermediate user can make some modifications to preset programs, such as increasing the temperature, removing the prewash, or setting the fast feed, but does not have the necessary permissions to create new washing or drying programs.

Professional
Professional users, with in-depth knowledge of the laundry sector, have free access to all parameters and therefore total control of the equipment. These users can modify or create new programs for specific needs (type of fabric, water, detergents, etc.), but also view the machine's operating history (cycles performed, duration, consumption, receipts, etc.).

Technician Since this type of user is usually a maintenance technician or distributor with extensive experience and knowledge of our washing machines, they have access to everything. This means they can modify operating parameters , access the archive, consumption data , and, above all, the data log.

The 7-inch screen is vertical, just like on smartphones: we know that users are used to interacting with this type of device. Not only that, but the screen is made of tempered glass (not plastic film).
