Wash&Go - Free Wash&Go
This type of user can only choose between predefined programs based on the type of laundry to be washed. The procedure is simple and completely visual: using icons, the interface allows you to select the type of laundry (jeans, black, delicate, white, wool, etc.) and, before starting, the payment method. The progress of the cycle is visible on the screen and the user only has to worry about returning to collect their laundry at the end.
Wash&Go Plus
Similar to the previous one, except for the payment method selection (absent), this user can choose, in just a few clicks, only the type of laundry to wash or dry. Our machine will take care of everything else.
Intermediate
With a better understanding of the cleaning process, intermediate users can make changes to predefined programs, such as increasing the temperature, removing the pre-wash, or adjusting the fast feed, but they do not have the necessary permissions to create new washing or drying programs.
Professional
Professional users, who have in-depth knowledge of the laundry sector, have free access to all settings and, therefore, complete control over the equipment. This user can modify or generate new programs for specific needs (type of fabric, water, detergents, etc.), but also view the machine's operating file (cycles performed, duration, consumption, recipes, etc.).
Technician Given that this type of user is generally a maintenance technician or retailer with extensive experience and knowledge of our washing machines, they have 360° access. They can therefore modify operating parameters , accesslogs, consumption data , and, above all, the data log.
