GA: High-speed hygiene
These are high-speed aseptic washing machines, specifically designed for disinfecting linen from hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or textiles used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. In these environments, it is essential to have equipment that is effective against the proliferation of germs, bacteria, and dust particles. Sanitary barrier washing machines are the concrete answer to the cleaning, hygiene, and safety needs in these sectors.
Our high-speed aseptic washing machines have different load capacities ( 18, 24, and 28 kg) and are equipped with obstacles, tubs, and panels made of AISI 304 steel. The landing gear is particularly robust and suitable for intensive work, and the motor, positioned close to the ground, keeps the center of gravity low, reducing vibrations and noise during spinning. The side stabilizers thus ensure better machine stability in all conditions of use and guarantee less wear on the shock absorption system. The heating system of this washer is dual energy (electric and steam), while the equipment allows up to 8 connections for dosing liquid detergent directly into the MIXER.
Developed specifically for the cleaning and hygiene needs of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, GA aseptic washing machines are equipped with two opposite doors/portholes that allow dirty laundry to be loaded on one side and clean laundry to be unloaded on the other, preventing contamination of the washed laundry. A sanitary barrier washer therefore complies with the EN14065 (RABCO) standard. In the hospital sector, in fact, 10 to 15% of infections are attributable to the poor quality of bed linen cleaning, which, in the most extreme cases, can even lead to the death of patients. In the food and pharmaceutical industries, on the other hand, the complete management of laundry using professional machinery is essential to maintain a high level of hygiene in products and eliminate the presence of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria, etc.
GA sanitary barrier washing machines are equipped with a freely programmable PLC microprocessor that allows each type of wash to be configured according to the type of laundry: optimization and adaptability of the process in all circumstances, offering easy integration with evolving washing processes and the chemistry applied to them.
