These are high-speed aseptic washing machines designed specifically for disinfecting linen in hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, or textiles used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. In these environments, it is essential to be able to rely on equipment that is effective against the proliferation of germs, bacteria, and dust particles. Sanitary barrier washing machines are the concrete answer to the cleaning, hygiene, and safety needs of these sectors.
Our high-speed aseptic washing machines have different load capacities ( 18, 24, and 28 kg) and are equipped with baskets, tubs, and panels made of AISI 304 steel. The chassis is particularly robust and suitable for intensive work, and the motor, positioned low near the ground, keeps the center of gravity low, thus reducing vibrations and noise during centrifugation. The side stabilizers ensure greater stability for the machine in all conditions of use and guarantee less wear on the shock absorption system. The heating system of this washing machine is dual-energy (electric and steam), while the equipment allows up to 8 connections for dosing liquid detergent directly into the MIXER.
Developed specifically for the cleaning and hygiene needs of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, GA aseptic washing machines are equipped with two opposite doors/hatches that allow dirty laundry to be loaded on one side and clean laundry to be unloaded on the other, preventing contamination of washed garments. A sanitary barrier washing machine therefore complies with EN14065 (RABC) standards. In the hospital sector, 10 to 15% of infections are attributable to the poor quality of bed linen cleaning, which in the most extreme cases can even lead to the death of patients. In the food and pharmaceutical industries, on the other hand, comprehensive laundry management using professional machines is essential to maintain a high level of hygiene in products and eliminate the presence of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria, etc.
GA sanitary barrier washing machines are equipped with freely programmable microprocessor PLCs that allow each type of laundry to be sorted according to its type: optimization and adaptability of the process in all circumstances, offering easy integration with the evolution of washing processes and the chemistry applied to them.
