S100-120-140/25: perfect ironing surface

Professional roller ironers S100-120 140/25

Professional ironing machines

Our range of ironing equipment is the most comprehensive on the market and offers different lengths, diameters and roller coverings. The S100-120-140/25 roller ironers, therefore, being of intermediate size, are ideal for the professional treatment of flat linen and feature a high-quality anodised and extruded aluminium ironing surface.

Excellent quality of ironing surface

Being an extruded component, the ironing surface of the S100-120-140/25 models is extremely smooth and remains intact at any temperature without the need for additional mechanical systems. The deep anodising treatment also makes it hard and inert to chemicals, removing any corrosion problems (e.g. no damage due to chlorine residues in fabrics). The thermal insulation, in ceramic fibre, ensures maximum performance and minimum heat dispersion. The armoured and sealed heating elements are integrated inside the ironing plate, not simply resting on the back of the plate as in the traditional appliances; so the heating is generated from the core of the basin ensuring excellent ironing performance. Lastly, while the S100-120/25 models have the same roller as the smaller versions, the S140/25 can be fitted with a perforated roller with suction engine, covered with a double layer of soft steel wool, a cotton felt and an outer sheet of NOMEX® that makes it capable of ironing even flat linen with a 20-25% of moisture.

Going even further, in the S140/25 model, it's possible to cover the roller with MAXPRESS® steel springs and NOMEX® felt, which allow ironing linen with up to 40-45% of moisture.

Perforated roller Progessional ironers

Versatile and efficient ironing machines

These ironers are also single-sided, therefore manageable by a single operator, and are available with electric and steam heating. They can be equipped with an optional roller speed regulation system, with inverter technology, which allows to iron more humid linen or with creases that are difficult to eliminate. The S140/25 model, then, can be equipped with a vacuum engine which, in synergy with the perforated roller, is able to remove the steam generated during the ironing process, improving the working environment and the quality of the result.

Safety and alarm systems

Operator safety systems on these models include: a foot pedal that temporary stop the roller and allows to spread out the linen on the feeding board, a manual emergency button and a finger-guard board that reverses the roller rotation in the event of incorrect manoeuvres. These roller ironers also have double safety systems and redundant alarm circuits. Such as the standard electronic and electromechanical safety thermostat, which prevents unwanted overheating: when the equipment it's unattended, it will automatically switch off it by moving the hot plate away from the roller.

ST23: ironing always under control

The ST23 control manages temperature via the P.I.D. (Proportional - Derivative - Integrative) system. Depending on the use of the appliance, the system continuously modulates the power, optimising consumption: no overheating, uniform heat distribution, low consumption and, of course, excellent ironing results. In addition, the ST23 allows variation of the roller rotation speed to effectively iron even very wrinkled linen or difficult fabrics, the management of the vacuum engine and the  connection to an integrated payment system for self-service use.
